DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

UK Mainland refers to England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding adjacent islands.

At MootoUK / Ardent Edge, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your order type and preference. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout once your address and postcode are entered.

We aim to keep our pricing transparent and straightforward. Delivery costs are not included in product prices, ensuring you only pay for the actual cost of shipping. Charges vary based on your location, order weight, and delivery speed. By selecting the most efficient courier options, we help keep costs as low as possible.

Please note, we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Times

The total delivery time depends on product type, quantity, weight, and location. We always strive to dispatch items as quickly as possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming to avoid delays or disappointment.

If you select a fast delivery option, additional charges will apply.

All production and shipping times for customised items are subject to artwork approval. If your order was placed via email rather than directly on the website, artwork proofs will be emailed to you for confirmation.

For Express orders, prompt artwork approval is essential — any delay may affect your delivery time. During peak periods, Express services may not always be available.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking Your Parcel

All UK deliveries are made by courier. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, you must email us before sending it back at info@ardentedge.co.uk. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting information or photos if the item is faulty.

All returns must be received by Ardent Edge within 21 days of the original order placement date. Items received after this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

All returns are made at the customer’s own cost, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. If a product is found to be faulty, Ardent Edge will reimburse the return postage once the item has been inspected and confirmed as defective.

Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or unwanted items are not eligible for delivery cost reimbursement.

Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly fulfilled.
